Initial Consultation – This is a necessary and important FIRST step to achieving your goals. Within this consultation, I aim to find out the following:
Tailored Training Program – This program is designed specifically for YOU. The aim is to create a viable and realistic training program that will steer you in the right direction towards your goals. The program is delivered via an app with an extensive exercise library and is adjusted weekly to aid your progress.
Weekly Check ins – I have to do my part as your coach, so weekly check ins will be made at a time that is convenient for you. This is very important as it helps keep you accountable and motivated. At check ins, my aim is to ensure everything is on track regarding your training and nutrition and to offer encouragement to keep your efforts going!
Nutrition – Nutrition plays a huge role in successfully attaining your goals. Personalised nutrition targets will be devised to in order to support this. There is an option of calorie and macro tracking or a meal plan.
On demand support via in app messenger / WhatsApp – Sometimes things don’t always go to plan and you may need to contact me. I assure I will be on hand for any questions you may have so do not hesitate to contact me if you have any issues. It is my aim to ensure you are guided and have my support on your journey.
